What to expect from Manchester Lumps Clinic
Lumps are very common and majority of them are benign and non cancerous. However, they can be bothersome with pain, increasing in size, catching on clothes, or even a lump that has come back from previous surgery.
It’s always advisable to have a bump checked. Your GP should be your first port of call. Alternatively please contact us to discuss.
We deal with lumps around most of the body including arms, legs, torso and back.
We do not deal with breast lumps, or those on the head, face, scalp and neck.
The Manchester Lumps clinic is run by a Consultant Surgeon with radiology and nursing support. You can expect to have a personalised discussion of your symptoms and advise on the next best steps to manage your condition.
After contacting the booking team, we will ensure all your initial questions are answered and book you in to see the Consultant specialist.
We will answer all your queries and ensure you have a clear idea of investigation and treatment options available.
